Applied for 30 remote jobs in January and got zero callbacks until I changed one thing on my resume

I was sending out the same generic resume to every posting for weeks. Nothing. Then a recruiter friend told me to tailor the top 3 bullet points to match the job description keywords exactly. Swapped out my old intro for stuff like "managed CRM data" and "handled client onboarding" and got 4 interviews the next week in Dallas. Has anyone else seen that big of a swing just from rewriting a few lines?

Did you literally copy paste their keywords or just rephrase your experience to fit?
