Just hit a commission check I never thought I'd see this early
I closed on a house in the suburbs last month, and when the check cleared, it was for $22,500. I've been in real estate for three years, and my best month before this was maybe half that. It wasn't one big sale, but three smaller ones that all happened to close in the same two-week period. Has anyone else had a month where everything just lined up out of the blue?

That's awesome, congrats on the huge month. It's wild when the timing works out like that, feels like you finally caught a break. I had a similar run last fall where a bunch of listings that had been sitting forever all went under contract in the same week. It doesn't feel real when the checks hit, like you're waiting for someone to say it was a mistake lol. Makes all the slow months feel worth it for a minute.
