My barber's offhand comment about my resume hit different
He was trimming my fade in Austin and said, 'Dude, you talk about your job like it's a chore list, not a story.' That's when I realized my resume just listed tasks instead of showing impact for the last 3 roles. Anybody else get career advice from outside the usual circle and have it actually land?

Did you try turning one task into a specific win, like how many sales or time saved?
