Started documenting every rejection I got for 2 months and it totally changed my interview approach
I wrote down the exact questions that tripped me up and what I felt went wrong during each call, and after 8 interviews I realized I was failing on the same 2 behavioral questions every time. Has anyone else tried tracking their interview patterns like this and found something they overlooked?
