Started documenting every rejection I got for 2 months and it totally changed my interview approach
I wrote down the exact questions that tripped me up and what I felt went wrong during each call, and after 8 interviews I realized I was failing on the same 2 behavioral questions every time. Has anyone else tried tracking their interview patterns like this and found something they overlooked?

That is such a good point, honestly. It is wild how we can mess up the same basic question over and over without even realizing it. You're brave for actually writing it all down, most of us just try to forget the bad interviews and move on. Taking that time to really see the pattern must have been eye opening, even if it stung a little at first. It takes a lot of guts to look at your own weak spots like that man.
