Vent: I found my old resume from 2010 and it's a full page of 'responsible for' bullet points.
Now my one-page summary is just three clear projects with numbers, like 'cut report time by 30%', which I learned after a hiring manager in Phoenix told me they only look at the first half anyway.

That's such a real upgrade. The new format is way better.

Totally agree, it just feels more natural to use now. They finally listened to the feedback about the old layout being clunky. It's the small changes that make a big difference in the long run. Makes you wonder why they didn't do this from the start.
