Why does nobody talk about the 6 month rule for new hires?
At my pest control company, I used to have new techs quit within 3 months because they felt lost. I started a structured 90 day training plan with weekly check-ins, and now 9 out of 10 make it past 6 months. The difference was just giving clear goals and a real person to ask questions. Has anyone else found a simple change that cut their turnover?

Maybe your training just hires people who can't handle real work.

Man that's rough to hear. Some places really do set people up for failure then blame them for it. Hope you find a better spot where the training actually matches the real work.
