Showerthought: I dropped $250 on a digital angle finder and it just collects dust

Everyone said it would change my game, but I'm faster and more accurate with my old speed square and a sharp eye. Anyone else find some new tools just overcomplicate the basics?

Used to think I needed all the digital stuff. But honestly, my old combo square and a pencil line gets it done faster most days. That fancy tool is probably in a drawer somewhere.
