Heads up on those new 'non-stick forever' pans from CulinaryPro

I dropped about $180 on a set of three last month, thinking they'd be a game changer for our egg station. The coating started flaking into food after maybe two dozen uses, even with plastic tools and low heat. Has anyone found a brand that actually holds up to real kitchen use, or are we all just going back to well-seasoned carbon steel?

Unbelievable. They call it "non-stick forever" but the forever part just means the flakes are in your food for all time. For that price, you'd expect the coating to last longer than a cheap grocery store spatula. Sounds like they mixed up their marketing terms and sold you a "non-stick for now" pan instead.

Maybe you just got a bad set.

Nah, it's not just a bad set. The whole batch had the same weak plastic clips that snapped right off. Saw tons of people online with the exact same break in the same spot. Design flaw for sure.
