A customer yelled at me for not having a product we stopped carrying in 2021

He insisted we were hiding it in the back and demanded a manager, all over a discontinued brand of phone charger. It's wild how some people refuse to accept a simple 'we don't have that' as an answer. What's the most outdated item someone has ever demanded from you?

That's honestly nuts. It makes you wonder what else they're still using from back then. Did they ever ask for something truly ancient, like a specific model of flip phone or a charger for a device that hasn't been sold in a decade? Some people just get stuck in a time warp.

Wasn't there a story about someone trying to return a VCR to a big box store a few years back? People really do hold onto stuff forever.
