Appreciation post: A customer's simple thank you hit different today
Had a guy call in furious about a late delivery last week, spent 20 minutes calming him down and tracking his package. He called back today just to say he appreciated how I handled it and apologized for yelling. Anyone else ever have a customer come back around like that and make you rethink the whole job?

That one time a dude literally tracked my IP address to yell at me about a billing error, then 3 days later sent our whole team a gift basket with a note apologizing. Totally caught me off guard but lowkey made my whole month.
