Asked my pharmacy to refill my inhaler at the counter, then tried the drive thru, and the drive thru lady fixed in 4 minutes what took the counter 25

Wait, so the drive thru lady can do in 4 minutes what the counter needs 25 for? What exactly is happening at that counter, are they reading the whole label out loud or waiting for the printer to warm up? I bet the drive thru line is usually where you get stuck for 20 minutes, so this whole thing feels backwards. Honestly next time just skip the building and circle the parking lot a few times till they notice you. The drive thru is out here running circles around the front desk and that is just sad.
