Finally hit my 10,000th 'can I speak to a manager' call and nobody sent me a cake
Logged the milestone at the call center in Phoenix yesterday and my supervisor just said 'cool, back on the phones in 5.' Has anyone else hit a weird customer service milestone and gotten absolutely zero recognition for it?

Right? I'd frame that message and hang it in my cubicle if I thought my boss would notice I was gone that long.

Right? My last job sent me a "great job on that" email one time, and I kept it in my inbox for months like a trophy. One "cool" and back to the grind is their love language, I guess.
