Had to pick between refunding a screaming lady or calling security
Last Tuesday at the return desk, this woman came in with a blender that was clearly used, like had dried smoothie crust on it. She demanded a full refund and started yelling when I said no, so I had to choose between giving her the $60 back or getting the manager to escort her out. I picked the refund because honestly, it was faster and I had a line of 8 people behind her. She left happy but I felt gross about it, and now I wonder if I just taught her that screaming works. Has anyone else caved just to keep the peace and regretted it later?
