I quoted a lady $85 to snake her main and she called my boss 4 times before noon
Had a Tuesday where a customer in Mesa watched me pull about 30 feet of roots out of her main cleanout and then told me I was trying to scam her. She called the shop 4 times in 3 hours, and on the last call she asked to speak to my manager, who was standing right next to me eating a sandwich. He handed me the phone and said "you handle it." How do you all deal with someone who thinks the price is fake even after they watch the work happen?
