Just realized I can either eat a bad review or refund a lying customer, and I picked wrong
Had a guy at my cafe in Boise demand a full refund on a $14 breakfast burrito he ate 90% of, saying it was cold when it clearly wasn't. I gave in and refunded him to avoid a scene, then he left a 1 star review anyway calling me rude. Do you all stick to your guns on stuff like this or just eat the cost to keep the peace?
