The coffee shop on Elm Street made me wait 22 minutes for a plain latte

I walked into Brew & Bean downtown last Tuesday and there were literally 4 people ahead of me. Simple order, just a hot latte with oat milk. The barista kept chatting with her coworker about weekend plans while drinks sat on the counter. I timed it on my phone because I couldn't believe it. 22 minutes for a drink that takes 2 minutes to make. Has anyone else noticed certain places just ignoring customers who aren't yelling at them?

Told my wife I'd be five minutes, three hours later she finds me napping in the truck.
