Vent: Everyone says to kill rude customers with kindness, but I found calling out their behavior straight up works better. Solved a huge issue last month by just being blunt lol

I used to be all about bluntness, but you're right, polite firmness gets better results.

Bluntness cuts through the fake nice stuff people hide behind. Being too polite just lets bad ideas slide by without a real challenge. Sometimes you need that direct hit to get things moving.
