Why does no one know how to return a phone call anymore?
I work at a small repair shop in Denver and last week this lady came in screaming about her laptop not being ready. I checked my log and I had called her twice about it being done 3 days ago. She never picked up or listened to my voicemail. Then she blamed me for not trying hard enough. Has anyone else had customers get mad at you for something like this?

@xena_brown50 Honestly I have been TOO scared to knock on her door with this thing. The last time I tried to return a laptop to someone I just got a door slammed in my face because they thought I was selling something. I am the WORST at confrontation so I just leave sticky notes on doors like a child. But you make a good point maybe I need to just grow up and take the hit. At this point the laptop is basically a paperweight in my car anyway so what's the worst that could happen? She might yell at me for keeping it so long which is fair honestly.

@xena_brown50 you're way braver than me lol. i'd probably just keep the laptop in my trunk for another 6 months like a true coward. sticky notes are my love language at this point, at least nobody can yell at a piece of paper. maybe bring a friend to stand with you on the porch for backup, that's my go-to move when i gotta do something scary.
