The day I hit 50 property showings in one month
Last March I somehow booked 50 property showings in a single month. I was so proud of that number until the third week when I realized I had double booked myself three times and showed up late to every appointment. One tenant actually locked me out of her unit because she thought I was a scammer after I showed up 45 minutes late. Has anyone else chased a personal record and ended up making their work life harder?

Hit 45 showings once and spent a solid week apologizing to people I kept rescheduling. Felt like a marathon runner who tripped at the finish line and broke their ankle. Numbers look great on paper until you're eating cold fast food in your car at 9pm trying to remember which unit has the leaky faucet.

Read some study that said most showings happen after 5pm and thought, yeah no kidding.
