Found my spot in Medellin after 3 weeks of hunting
Finally found a coworking space in El Poblado with actual decent internet, not the 5mbps junk most places have. The rooftop view of the mountains is unreal while I'm on calls. Anyone else struggle to find reliable wifi in south american cities?

Exactly, the travel router hack saved me in Lima last month. Total game changer for weak signals.

oh man the wifi hunt is real. i spent my first week in buenos aires bouncing between cafes with those tiny little routers that barely pushed 10mbps. what worked for me was actually checking the coworking spots on instagram or facebook groups before i even landed, found a place in palermo that had fiber. the rooftop views make it worth the effort though, right? when you're on those calls with the mountains behind you it feels like you hacked the system somehow. maybe it's just me but i always bring a travel router now just in case the place i picked has spotty signal in certain corners.
