Tried coworking in a hostel in Thailand for a month. Lost money and focus.

Booked a private room at a place in Chiang Mai. Thought it'd be cheap and social. Reality: WiFi died every day at 3pm. Had to take calls in the lobby with reggae music blasting. Spent $50 on cafe coffees just to get work done. Learned the hard way that cheap rent doesn't mean cheap productivity. Anyone else regret the hostel coworking thing?

@the_pat probably heard "No Woman No Cry" so many times he can now do his taxes to it. That lobby sounds like a nightmare, glad I dodged that bullet.
