My wife told me to pick between a normal bird bath or a solar fountain for the robins.
I went with the fountain, and now we have a robin that splashes around so much it looks like a tiny car wash every morning. Has anyone else had a backyard feature that turned into a daily animal show?

Your robin's got the right idea, turning a simple bath into a water park. I put out a shallow dish for bees and now it's their favorite dive bar. Nature's free entertainment is always the best kind.

That bees thing you mentioned @betty_price14 is actually pretty smart because I read somewhere that bees get dehydrated way easier than people think especially in summer. @xenagarcia you probably know this since you're out there dealing with bold squirrels but bees can get worn out from flying all day and need a place to land for a drink. Your dovebar idea with the shallow dish is perfect since bees can't swim so they need something with a rock or stick to crawl out on. Nature's free show really beats anything on TV most days.
