Finally got my stubborn client's rosacea flare-up under control after switching to a 5-minute ice globes routine before her azelaic acid serum.

She came in for her 3-week follow-up today and her skin was so calm she actually cried a little, which honestly made my whole month.

Glad you found something that worked, those client wins feel amazing. For the ice globes, I just grab the cheap silicone ones from Amazon and keep a few in the freezer, they all do the same thing. Brian Ramirez asked about the brand, but honestly any basic set works as long as you're consistent with the short timing. The real trick is keeping it to five minutes max so you don't irritate the skin before the treatment.

Yeah, the part about keeping it to five minutes max... it's like that with everything now. We're all looking for the simple fix but we overdo it. Like people will walk for health but then get hurt because they go ten miles on day one. Or they'll buy one fancy water bottle and then own twenty. The trick is almost always just the basic thing, done right, and then stopping.
