I steamed every client's face, but one with rosacea cleared up when I stopped. What gives?

I steamed my own face into a tomato once (not my finest hour). Maybe heat just bothers rosacea?

Hold up, the tomato thing is wild. I never thought steaming could actually damage skin like that, but it makes total sense. Heat must just fire up all that redness and sensitivity for people with rosacea. Honestly I'm shocked more people don't talk about this.

Stopping the steam was a GAME changer for my rosacea too. @wilson.uma is onto something with the heat thing.
