I used to rush through extractions, but a client in Denver last year made me slow down completely

Rushing through extractions is the only way I can make the numbers work. Slowing down sounds nice but it kills my schedule and my profit. I tried the careful method once and fell way behind for the whole week. Speed comes with practice, not with going slow on purpose. My clients get great results and I can actually pay my bills this way.

But what about the scarring?

Hot take: Speed costs skin. Longer response: You're trading their long term skin health for your short term profit. That's a bad deal. Scarring and broken capillaries are permanent, and rushed extractions cause both. Your schedule problem is a business model problem, not a technique problem. Charging properly for the time it takes to do good work fixes the math without hurting clients.
