My client notes folder on the computer hit 500 files this morning
I was adding a new intake form and saw the number. I've been using the same basic system since I opened my small room three years back, just a folder for each person. It hit me that's 500 faces, 500 skin stories, and a lot of trust. How do you all handle your digital records when the client list gets this big? I'm worried my simple way might get messy soon.

Started using subfolders by year when my own list got long. Keeps the main folder clean and makes finding old stuff way faster. You could try that before your system gets out of hand.

Wait, your list got long enough to need folders? lmao mine is like five things total. I guess I just don't save much stuff.
