PSA: I was convinced a $200 LED mask was a gimmick until a client with stubborn rosacea saw real improvement after 8 weeks of consistent use.
I finally caved and bought one for the spa after seeing her before-and-after photos, so has anyone else had a specific client case that made them invest in a tool they were initially skeptical about?

Yeah, seeing a client's before-and-after photos is what gets you. I was the same with a microcurrent device. Thought it was all hype until a regular with really weak jaw definition came in looking noticeably sharper after a month of treatments. That's when I ordered one for the shop.

Notice how it's always that personal proof that changes your mind, not the ads or the fancy website. I've seen the same thing with tools and even gardening stuff - neighbors will swear by a brand of shovel or fertilizer only after they borrowed mine and saw results themselves. People just don't trust marketing anymore, and honestly, I don't blame them. It takes seeing something work on a real person you know to push past all the skepticism. That's just how our brains work, I guess.

Totally get that! Seeing real proof on a familiar face just cuts through all the marketing noise. My coworker was the same with a certain brand of scalp serum, rolling her eyes until her sister's thinning hair filled in noticeably. Now it's our top seller.
