Shoutout to the client who made me rethink my whole approach to extractions

For years I used a metal tool for every blackhead, but a regular with rosacea in my chair last month flared up badly after a session. I switched to using a sterile lancet for just the really clogged ones and mostly sticking to enzyme peels and steam now, and her skin is way calmer. Do you guys still use extractors or have you moved away from them too?

So the lancet doesn't cause any trauma at all?

My diabetic aunt switched to a 33 gauge lancet last year and still winces every time. Honestly, the idea of zero trauma feels like marketing talk to me. Price.tara is right that adapting helps, but let's not pretend a needle in the skin is nothing.
