Appreciation post: My dad said our offer letter looked like a 'nervous kid wrote it' back in 2019.
He pointed out we kept saying 'we hope' and 'maybe' instead of just stating what we wanted. We rewrote it to be direct, and the seller accepted our next bid on the spot. Anyone else get feedback that totally shifted how you approach the paperwork?
